How I price my art
The prices are a mix of time, materials, detailwork and if needed shipping.
I work full time as an artist and need to finance my apartment, food & bills with it. So please have understanding for the prices.
Payment & Process
Payment goes only via PayPal.
For orders in Germany you can also pay via banktransferDISCLAIMER : 18+ commissions can only be paid via bank transfer, NO PAYPAL!!!> First you'll pay 30% of the price to reserve your timeslot.
> I'll make the sketch in the first 1-2 days of the slot and send you pictures of it, so I can make changes if you wish.
> After you're satisfied with your sketch, you'll pay the remaining 70% of the price.
Here you can tip me, if you want to! :)
> I'll finish the artwork, sending you pictures of the process and changing minor details

Traditional Artworks
Traditional Artworks are drawings made on paper/canvas with Copic markers, g
ouache, ink or acrylicpaint (you choose!)
You will get the original artwork send to your home. So your address is needed. (denying shipping is also possible)
They're great as unique home decor, gifts for friends & family and to collect!

Digital Artworks
Digital Artworks are drawings made on my tablet.
You'll the the artwork as a png and/or jpeg.
They're good choice for profile pictures, website drawings, Youtube & twitch banners...everything in the digital world!

Terms of service
Refunds
I offer no refunds of digital drawings
Exception : your traditional drawing arrived damaged or went missing. For a refund in case of damage I need a picture proof of the damage. After that you can get a 20% refund for minor damages or a 40% refund for bigger damages. For a refund in case of a drawing getting lost on the way to you, we need to discuss further steps together.
Use of my art
You can use my drawings in private terms (profile picture, wallpaper, printing it onto posters for yourself, gifting it to mutuals, friends & family)
You need to give me credit in form of my name "Fyly" or a link to my Art Instagram, if you use my drawings for YouTube, Twitch, Instagram etc.
It's strictly prohibited to remove my sign or watermark!
It's strictly prohibited to claim my art as your work!
If you're going to use my art commercially (printing merch with it, selling it as NFT) you'll be charged 3x the original price. Then you get the consent to use the artwork how ever you want, even without crediting me.
If you use my drawings commercially without paying the updated price, I'll use my right to take legal actions
My Rights
Following counts, if you didn't purchase the drawing for commercial usage :
I still have the right to print merchandise with the art you commissioned.
I have the right to post the art on my social medias and Patreon.
I have the right to use the art as advertisement for commissions/merch
Exceptions : it's an OC of yours, it's you or a mutal/pet, it's requested specifically by you.
